Philip Seymour Hoffman, the man who plays Plutarch Heavensbee in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has been found dead in his New York City apartment.
The cause of death is being investigated, but reports suggest the 46-year-old may have died of a drug overdose.
The star has undergone treatment for drug addiction in the past.
Hoffman won the best actor Oscar for playing writer Truman Capote in the 2005 film Capote, and received three other Academy Award nominations during his career.
